Amateur Bartender
Writing here about my cocktail “studies” is, specifically, my way of celebrating the recent popular rediscovery of the importance of craft behind the bar, and more generally, a tip of the hat to the dedicated people responsible for bringing culinary variety and a focus on quality back into our consciousness, onto our tables and even into our glasses.
